Two Booked under the Blasphemy law

Two Christians Mushtaq Gill and his son Farrukh Mushtaq Gill residents of Gujranwala city 45 Km from Lahore were detained Friday night under the Blasphemy Law.

Gujranwala has been the center of attention in the past for burning Churches, occupying Christian properties, killing the Christians and falsely accusations for the Blasphemy law. Gujranwala and the surrounding areas are the hub of the extremists. Once again the Christians are being victimized.

Mushtaq Gill, in his sixties and his young son were accused of desecrating the Quran, and were taken away by the local police. Accusation came as some Muslims found ripped papers of the Quran in a bag near the accused residence. Mushtaq Gill is the vice principal of a Christian Technical Training Center (CTTC) which is a part of the theological seminary. [Scoop Media] Read more [via National Secular Society]
