Egypt’s new pharaoh much like the old one, but on an Islamic mission

.... His ukase is a familiar power grab. It is supposedly “balanced” by announcements of new trials for his predecessor Hosni Mubarak and other old-regime figures after the courts failed to come to the “correct” verdict and sentence: guilty as hell and death.
